	Hello, Thank you for receiving and reading our newsletter. Odds are very good that you are a friend or customer of the Tyson Corporation. I started as president of Tyson Corporation in September of 2002. To date, it is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.  I have always wanted to build a company that was dedicated to their employees and to their customers and now I have that chance. Tyson Corporation will strive to respect our customers every day, so that we never need to make excuses for poor product or inferior service. Candidly, I came from a larger company that talked about a good customer care program, but when it came to performing, it was all about how much money they could save. Thankfully, Tyson has changed all that for me. The hassle-free approach is what it's all about. Our customers will be 100% satisfied and we do put our reputation on it.
