	Welcome to Tyson's electronic newsletter!  Tyson is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana; where we've been renting and selling mobile and modular offices since 1967. To provide quality products to our customers, we must control the manufacturing, which is why we are the only Indiana and Illinois mobile/modular office company that owns its own manufacturing plant located in Rochester, Indiana. Our mission is to provide and service permanent and temporary office space in a manner which exceeds our customer's expectations! Laura brings over a decade of experience to our customers' needs. She says that she loves the fast-paced, ever changing nature of our industry - and with two young sons at home, we know that she's accustomed to working at a fast pace. "I took a job in the mobile/modular industry after college because it was close to home," the Southwest Missouri State University graduate recalls, "but I didn't expect to make a career out of it. 	Tyson meets pharmaceutical company's prescription for service
	Nearly every company has expectations for service from vendors, but few companies set standards as high as Eli Lilly. The Indianapolis-based pharmaceutical maker has a sterling reputation for quality that extends to every phase of its operations - including modular facilities for its employees and on its construction sites. Tyson is one of only two modular facility vendors that have earned preferred status from Lilly. According to Tyson's Operations Manager, Vivian Rowles, the company is safety-approved with the local construction alliance and the major contractors who handle projects at Lilly facilities. "While most vendors don't even have one safety-approved service crew, we have two of them," Vivian explains. "Our crews have earned certification from the Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety, which means they went through a very strict safety program that involved extensive training and background checks." Eli Lilly is not the only local company that recognizes our commitment to quality. "Tyson is a single-source supplier for various companies such as Skillman Corporation and Milestone Contractors," Vivian adds. "We also have a complete office package for Indiana Department of Transportation projects and anyone else who could use this service."
	Big Changes at our Headquarters
	It's been a busy time for the Tyson team. We recently moved our Indianapolis headquarters to a much larger facility (148,000 square feet)about three miles east of our old location. The new site, at 2301 Holt Road (just south of Raymond Street), gives us far more space for inventory - which will make it even easier for Tyson to meet all of your mobile, modular, office packages and storage needs. It also provides more indoor space for repairs, ensuring that we can do an even better job of service all year long. In addition to a new location, we've brought in a new Director of Sales. Rocky Meskauskas has moved here from Florida to oversee our sales operations. His enthusiasm and innovative ideas will help us bring our services to even more customers. Welcome, Rocky and look for more information about Rocky in a future newsletter.
